Angels Hoch — Shipping Policy

Every Angels Hoch jewel is handcrafted with intention in our Barcelona atelier. Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time and begins once your order is confirmed.

Preparation Time: Most pieces require approximately 3 to 5 business days to be crafted, finished, protected and packed. Certain customized pieces or designs requiring additional work may take longer.

Express Service Priority: Orders placed with Express Shipping receive priority atelier handling and a shorter preparation time. Express Shipping does not guarantee same-day dispatch unless this is expressly stated when the order is placed.

Important: Free shipping thresholds apply to Standard Shipping only. Express Shipping remains available at the stated price.

Preparation and Transit Times
Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate. All transit times are estimates expressed in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit estimates begin once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carrier and Customs Delays
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, local holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched.

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because the parcel was not collected, any new shipping costs may be charged to the customer before the order is sent again.
