How do I know my ring size?
Most of our rings are adjustable. In many cases, you can also choose between S, M or L to help us prepare the piece closer to your size.
As a general guide:
- S — US 5–6
- M — US 7–8
- L — US 9–12

Can I place a customized order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

How long does it take to prepare and ship an order?
Most pieces require approximately 1 to 5 working days to be prepared before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Are gift cards available?
Yes. We offer digital Gift Cards that can be used in our online store. They are a simple and flexible option when you want the recipient to choose their own piece.
What if I need to return or exchange something?
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition, unworn and unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
