Angels Hoch Warranty

At Angels Hoch, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Retail purchases made through our official retail channels are covered by our 4-year warranty from the date of delivery for eligible manufacturing defects and selected post-purchase adjustments.

Each case is reviewed individually and handled with care, taking into account the nature of the piece, its use, and the type of issue reported.

What our warranty may cover

  • Manufacturing defects that affect the normal use of the piece.
  • Clasp or closure issues not caused by misuse or accidental damage.
  • Structural or assembly faults resulting from the production process.
  • Abnormal and early finish deterioration, when after review it appears to be related to a manufacturing issue rather than normal wear.
  • Selected adjustments and minor repairs, when feasible, such as ring size adjustments or cord replacement, depending on the design of the piece.

What our warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use over time.
  • Superficial scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, or natural finish evolution caused by wear, friction, perfume, water, humidity or chemicals.
  • Accidental damage, impact, misuse, or improper storage.
  • Loss or theft of the jewelry or any of its parts.
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs carried out by third parties.
  • Wholesale or B2B orders, which are handled separately.

About plated finishes

Our pieces are made to be worn and enjoyed, but plated finishes naturally evolve over time. Changes in tone, brightness or surface finish caused by normal use are not considered manufacturing defects. However, if the deterioration appears unusually early or abnormal, we will gladly review the case.

How to request support

If you believe your piece may qualify for warranty support, please contact us through our Contact page or write to info@angelshoch.com including:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the piece

Our team will review the case and let you know the most appropriate next step.

Resolution

If the issue is confirmed as eligible under our warranty, we may offer the solution that best fits the case, including repair or replacement with a newly made equivalent piece.

Because each piece is handmade, the final solution may vary depending on the design, availability of materials, and the nature of the issue.

Returns within 30 days

If your request is related to a return within the first 30 days from the date of delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy.
