Shipping Policy

Every Angels Hoch jewel is made to order and finished by hand in our Barcelona atelier. Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate, and all estimates are expressed in business days.

1. Atelier preparation

Standard Shipping
Most pieces require 2–5 business days to be crafted, finished, protected and packed before dispatch.

Atelier Priority Dispatch
With Atelier Priority Dispatch, your order receives priority atelier handling and is usually prepared in 1–3 business days.

Atelier Priority Dispatch is a priority preparation and dispatch service. It does not change the carrier service or guarantee a faster carrier transit time.

2. Shipping options and rates

Shipping options are shown at checkout according to your delivery address and order value. Standard Shipping rates may vary according to order value. Free shipping thresholds apply to Standard Shipping only. All prices and thresholds below are stated in EUR.

Atelier Priority Dispatch pricing follows the destination-specific order-value thresholds shown above and is independent from the Free Standard Shipping threshold.

3. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch

Transit estimates begin once the order has been dispatched. They exclude weekends, public holidays, customs processing and circumstances outside our control.

4. Tracking

Once your order leaves our atelier, we will send you an email with tracking information whenever it is available for your destination.

5. Customs, duties and local taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes or handling fees. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may also require local tax or customs processing.

6. Delays, addresses and returned parcels

Although we prepare every order carefully and dispatch it with tracking, delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, local holidays, severe weather or other events outside our control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend it; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected, any new shipping costs may need to be paid before it can be sent again.

7. Returns and original delivery costs

Return conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. For a change-of-mind return, customers arrange and pay for return shipping, tracking, insurance and any return customs charges.

For Europe and United Kingdom orders, the first 14 days follow the applicable statutory withdrawal terms. Our voluntary return period from days 15–30 has different refund conditions. For international orders outside Europe and the United Kingdom, original shipping charges and Atelier Priority Dispatch are not refundable; when complimentary shipping was applied, the destination-specific standard shipping allowance applies.
