Wholesale Terms
These terms apply to approved wholesale accounts and trade orders placed with Angels Hoch. Retail customer policies do not apply to wholesale transactions unless expressly stated.
Wholesale Access
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved stockists with a private wholesale account on this website. Access is granted after reviewing your request and confirming that your store is aligned with Angels Hoch.
Order Conditions
- Minimum first order: €300
- Reorders: Smaller follow-up orders are possible after the first order
- Lead time: Approximately 25 business days
- Order review: All wholesale orders are subject to review and confirmation before acceptance
Payment Terms
- 50% upon order confirmation
- 50% before shipment
Production and shipment begin only after the corresponding payment has been received.
Pricing
Approved stockists receive access to private wholesale pricing. Trade prices are structured to offer selected retailers a strong commercial margin while keeping the collection aligned with the retail positioning of Angels Hoch.
Taxes and VAT
Wholesale prices are shown in EUR. Taxes, VAT treatment, and invoicing details may vary depending on the customer’s country and business status, and will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery arrangements for wholesale orders are confirmed during the order review process, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Handcrafted Nature
Each piece is handcrafted, so small variations in texture, finish, and form may occur. These variations are part of the character of Angels Hoch jewelry and are not considered defects.
Returns
Wholesale orders are made or prepared for trade customers and are generally non-returnable. Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually at our discretion.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@angelshoch.com so we can review the case and advise on the next steps.
Repairs and After-Sales Support
If a repair is needed, please contact us in advance at info@angelshoch.com with details of the pieces involved. Return shipping to our studio is covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Images and Brand Presentation
Whenever available, Angels Hoch may provide product images to support in-store or online presentation. These images must be used in their original format and may not be altered, cropped, or edited without prior approval.
Online Resale
Wholesale partners may not sell Angels Hoch products through third-party marketplaces, discount platforms, or unauthorized online channels without prior written approval.
Communication
Wholesale communication is managed primarily by email. Commercial visits or additional follow-up can be arranged by mutual agreement when relevant.
