What's Included in Your Order
Every Angels Hoch order is prepared in our Barcelona atelier as a complete experience, not simply placed in a parcel.
Every order includes:
- One branded jewelry box for each purchased jewel.
- A premium branded fabric pouch for storage or travel.
- The Angels Hoch brand triptych, introducing our identity, handmade character and Mediterranean design language.
- An authenticity, care and four-year warranty card with essential contact information.
- A thank-you card and a blank gift note ready for a personal message.
A complimentary surprise jewel may also be included. Eligibility is limited to one complimentary jewel per customer and delivery address and is reviewed manually after the order is received. Splitting a purchase into several orders does not create additional complimentary jewels.
The exact surprise jewel varies in type, colour, finish and design according to atelier availability. This element of discovery is part of the Angels Hoch experience.
Most pieces require 3 to 5 working days to be crafted, finished, protected and packed. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected.
